STORE POLICIES Service & Booking Policy - All service bookings require a confirmed appointment time. Same-day emergency service available based on technician availability. - Free consultation and quote provided before any work begins. No hidden charges. - Home visits available across Trinidad & Tobago. Travel fees may apply outside San Juan area. - We work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Evening and weekend appointments available on request. Payment & Pricing - Payment accepted via cash, bank transfer, or online payment at completion of service. - Deposits may be required for large jobs or material purchases. - All prices quoted in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD). - Emergency call-out fees apply for after-hours service. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of TTD 200. - No-shows will be charged 50% of the quoted service fee. Warranty & Guarantee - All workmanship guaranteed for 90 days from completion date. - Parts and materials carry manufacturer's warranty where applicable. - Any issues with completed work will be addressed promptly at no additional charge during the warranty period. Health & Safety - All technicians are certified, vaccinated, and insured. - We use sanitized equipment and follow strict hygiene protocols. - Masks and gloves available upon request. Customer Responsibilities - Ensure clear access to work area. - Secure pets during service visit. - Inform technician of any known hazards (asbestos, mold, electrical issues, etc.).
